From our knowledge and daily observations, our animals are healthy at the time of sale. We make no health guarantees. After your animal leaves our care we are not held liable for any harm, illness, accidents, or genetic issues of any kind. Please understand that these are live animals and there is always a risk when buying animals even when all our animals are healthy with no known issues to date.

A deposit is required to hold an animal for you. The amount of the deposit will be determined on a case by case basis. Deposits are collected via PayPal.

If you change your mind, your deposit may be applied toward a different animal available dependent on how long the animal has been held for. If however you decide not to purchase any animal from us, your deposit will not be refunded.

If you need to receive your animal on a later date than scheduled, please contact us at least 24 hours ahead of time. No Call No Show will result in the animal being put back up for sale and your deposit will not be refunded.

If for any reason you can no longer care for your animal, we will gladly take them back without a refund.
